From past learnings restructuring is a very sensitive and turbulent process and the decision of radical or incremental change needs to be analyzed on a case by case basis. In ACA we will provide plans on change ensuring intangible variables are considered when plans are developed for restructuring, as sometimes there are methods to madness.
